The Fernwood Fund 2024/2025 meetings are listed below. The primary purpose of meetings is the oversight on the fund allocation. Input for school funding priorities comes from Fernwood administration, staff and parents. Board meetings are open to the school community and the public. All meetings are held starting at 6:30pm in the Fernwood library unless otherwise noted.

Grant Requests
Faculty, staff and other Fernwood associated persons may use the form below to submit a grant request. Download a copy of the form, fill in the information required and send it to Principal Sanchez. It will be placed on the agenda for the next board meeting to discuss, please plan to attend and discuss your request with the board.

How would you like to get involved?
Fernwood relies on our many of dedicated volunteers who support the work of our faculty and staff on a daily basis and the Fernwood Fund is no exception. Below are specific areas that the Fund is in need of volunteers. Feel free to drop into a board meeting if you are interested.
Publicity (design and distribution of posters / flyers / invitations / brochures)
- "Fernwood Flights" Fundraising Event
- Annual Campaign
Fundraising
- Obtaining monetary donations for Annual Campaign
- Obtaining donations of money or auction items for "Fernwood Flights"
Event Staff
- "Fernwood Flights" (set up, registration, food prep, clean-up)
- Staffing the Fund Table at other events (i.e. Special Friend Day)
